I remember the sleepless evenings when my grown-up toddlers have been babes in my arms. Their cries for ease and comfort or hunger filled the midnight space, and I stumbled down the corridor to scoop them up. I sat in a rocking chair and hummed a little music as they snuggled close. Then the years went by, and they grew from little one to toddler and baby to teenager. My evenings grew to become my individual once again as I slept night time immediately after night, figuring out they ended up tucked in safe and seem down the corridor.

They entered adulthood, and with it arrived the extra sizeable cares of lifestyle. No extended can I hear their cries from down the corridor and hurry to soothe them.
